▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional graphene-type carbon graphitized mesoporous carbon (GMCs) immobilized enzyme comprises (i) grinding and mixing the carbon source and nitrogen source in a mass ratio of 0.02-0.2:1, carbonizing at 550-650degrees Celsius under the protection of inert gas, heat preserving at 750-850degrees Celsius for 45-100 minutes for graphitization, collecting and grinding the products to obtain two-dimensional graphene-type carbon GMCs, and (ii) adding two-dimensional graphene-type carbon GMCs into phosphate-buffered saline, ultrasonically processing, adding enzyme solution, shaking at room temperature, centrifuging, washing and vacuum freeze-drying in sequence. USE - The immobilized enzyme is useful in the enzymatic synthesis of lutein esters (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The immobilized enzyme is good for mass transfer in the enzyme catalysis process and has large specific surface area, high esterification rate and increases the load rate of the enzyme, and reduces the accumulation of enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for immobilized enzyme prepared by the above mentioned method.
