NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional graphene film layer involves polishing surface of low-carbon soluble material, ultrasonically cleaning with dilute hydrochloric acid solution, acetone solution and ethanol solution for 10-30 minutes, drying, placing in vacuum heat treatment furnace, carrying out vacuum annealing treatment by introducing high-purity argon gas at 0.001-0.008 Pa, heating to 700-1000 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, placing in middle position of tube of vacuum atmosphere tube furnace, providing high-purity porous graphite, subjecting to chemical vapor deposition by passing carbon dioxide at 0.01-0.06 Pa, heating to 800-1000 degrees C for 80-180 minutes, and obtaining two-dimensional graphene film layer on surface of low-carbon soluble material. The low-carbon soluble material has carbon dissolved amount of less than 3x 10-5 atomic%. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional graphene film layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and safe preparation of two-dimensional graphene film layer having excellent structural properties and quality on large-scale.
