NOVELTY - Flaky graphite and concentrated sulfuric acid are added to sodium nitrate, and stirred and mixed with potassium permanganate, and the contents are stirred to obtain a brown solution. Distilled water is added to the brown solution at less than 95 degrees C until the solution turns yellow color. Hydrogen peroxide is added to the yellow solution, and ultrasonically cleaned with distilled water until the pH of the solution becomes ??neutral. The resulting solution is freeze-dried to obtain graphene oxide powder as golden yellow powder having temperature sensitivity characteristics. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide powder for manufacture of multifunctional component (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 1 pt. wt. Flaky graphite and 23 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid are added to 0.5 pt. wt. sodium nitrate, and stirred under ice-cold condition for 30 minutes or more. 1-5 pts. wt. Potassium permanganate is added and the contents are stirred in 35 plus minus 3 degrees C environment for 2-5 hours to obtain a brown solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of multifunctional component, which involves adding the graphene oxide powder to 2-4 %mass polyvinylidene fluoride binder, adding alcohol, mixing, pressing the mixture into discs, brushing the upper and lower surfaces of the wafer with temperature curing type conductive paste, and drying in an oven below 100 degrees C.
