▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a glass carbon electrode to a drip-painting process to obtain sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid shell polysaccharide graphene ion liquid compound of the modified glass carbon electrode. The modified electrode is obtained as a working electrode. A saturated calomel electrode is utilized as a reference electrode. Tyrosine is added to a solution in a differential pulse scanning to obtain a differential pulse volt-ampere curve. A linear relationship between a tyrosine solution pulse volt-ampere curve pattern and tyrosine oxidation peak current is obtained. USE - Graphene covalently liquid compound glass carbon electrode modifying method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables modifying the glass carbon electrode with better electrochemical property for directly detecting the tyrosine, and providing wide application range. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a graphene covalently liquid compound glass carbon electrode modifying method.
