▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A mixture of benzene, anhydrous aluminum chloride and tetra(triphenyl phosphine)palladium, having mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.5:0.001-0.005 is added with solvent and reacted at 100-200 degrees C for l-5 hours. The reacted product is cooled at room temperature and filtered to obtain a filter cake (A). The filter cake (A) is dispersed in ethanol solution to obtain filter cake (B). The filter cake (B) is dispersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain filter cake (C). The filter cake (C) is deionized and dried in vacuum at 50-80 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene is manufactured economically in short period of time, using reduced amount of catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A mixture of benzene, anhydrous aluminum chloride and tetra(triphenyl phosphine)palladium, having mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.5:0.001-0.005 is taken in a reactor. A solvent is added into the reactor, stirred and reacted under nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere at 100-200 degrees C for 1-5 hours. The reacted product is cooled at room temperature and filtered to obtain a filter cake (A). The filter cake (A) is dispersed in ethanol solution and stirred for 0.5-1 hour to obtain filter cake (B). The filter cake (B) is then dispersed in hydrochloric acid and stirred for 0.5-1 hour to obtain filter cake (C). The filter cake (C) is washed with deionized water until the washing solution becomes neutral. The deionized filter cake (C) is dried in vacuum at 50-80 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain graphene.
