NOVELTY - A sandwich panel comprises a core material comprising an insulating material comprising at least one material chosen from polystyrene (Styrofoam(RTM: closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam)), polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR), glass wool, and mineral wool, a plate component (P1) made of a material (M1) that comprises a polymer and can be continuously produced by being wound into a roll having a thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm and a diameter of 20-70 cm as a material that is adhered to one side of the core material and has bending characteristics that can be molded and supplied in a roll form, a plate component (P2) made of a material (M1) that comprises a polymer and can be continuously produced by being wound into a roll as a material that is adhered to one side of the core material and has bending characteristics that can be molded and supplied in a roll form, at least one or more scratch grooves provided on surfaces. USE - Sandwich panel used in building construction applications. ADVANTAGE - The sandwich panel has high durability because it is not corroded by chemical gases such as ammonia by using a material having excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance for a plate material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sandwich panel comprises a core material comprising an insulating material comprising at least one material chosen from polystyrene (Styrofoam(RTM: closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam)), polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR), glass wool, and mineral wool, a plate component (P1) made of a material (M1) that comprises a polymer and can be continuously produced by being wound into a roll having a thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm and a diameter of 20-70 cm as a material that is adhered to one side of the core material and has bending characteristics that can be molded and supplied in a roll form, a plate component (P2) made of a material (M1) that comprises a polymer and can be continuously produced by being wound into a roll having a thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm and a diameter of 20-70 cm as a material that is adhered to one side of the core material and has bending characteristics that can be molded and supplied in a roll form, at least one or more scratch grooves provided on surfaces where the plate component (P1) and the plate component (P2) attached to the core material, and an adhesive layer provided between the core material, the plate component (P1) and the plate component (P2) and inside the scratch groove. The plate components (P1) and (P2) comprise a phenolic polymer or a phenolic copolymer resin synthesized by comprising bisphenol A as a monomer as the polymer, and have a flexural modulus of 2.0-2.5 GPa as measured by the test method. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of sandwich panel, which involves preparing the plate components (P1) and (P2) by winding the plates (A) and (B) containing a polymer having a thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm into a roll having a diameter of 20-70 cm, respectively, preparing a core material comprising an insulating material, transferring the core material, the plate component (P1), and the plate component (P2), forming a scratch groove on at least one of the surfaces of the plates (A) and (B) to be in close contact with the core, spraying an adhesive liquid on at least one surface of the plate components (P1) and (P2) that are continuously supplied, performing adhesive layer forming step in which the sprayed adhesive liquid forms an adhesive layer between the plate materials and the core material and in the scratch groove, and bonding the plate component (P1) to one surface of the core material and bonding the plate component (P2) to the other surface of the core material.
