NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene glass for light-to-heat conversion device involves placing glass substrate on plasma reaction chamber, cracking carbon source, producing plasma and depositing plasma on glass substrate. The graphene layer in the graphene has height of 1-100 nm. The temperature of the plasma chamber during deposition is 500-600 degrees C. USE - Preparation of graphene glass used for photothermal conversion device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photothermal conversion device using the graphene glass has high photothermal conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene glass, which has glass substrate, and graphene layer with height of 1-100 nm deposited on the glass substrate. The graphene layer has graphene nanosheets which are perpendicular to the glass substrate or at angle of 60-90 degrees with the glass substrate. The graphene nanosheets have height of 1-100 nm. The graphene nanosheets have length of 10-900 nm. The graphene nanosheets are stacked on each other to form network-like nanopore structure.
