▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The organic LED anode has a transparent substrate (10), conductive metal wire layer (20) and graphene conductive film (30). The conductive metal wire layer is provided between the graphene conductive film and the transparent substrate. The conductive metal wire layer is formed of several conductive metal wires. The diameter of the conductive metal wire is 30 nm. The conductive metal wire is made of gold, silver, copper or nickel. USE - Organic LED anode. ADVANTAGE - The conductive metal wires are connected to the graphene conductive film to form an internal conductive network so that the surface resistance of organic LED anode is reduced, and conductive capability of the anode is improved.
