▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Chemical filler comprises 5-8 wt.% carbon black, 20-25 wt.% polypropylene, 12-18 wt.% nitrobenzene diazonium salt, 7-10 wt.% graphene, 5-8 wt.% magnetic powder and distilled water (remaining amount). USE - The chemical filler is useful as a basic component of gas-liquid contact in filling tower, multiple industries, resisting multiple inorganic acids comprising hydrofluoric acid, organic acid, and organic solvent used in multiple high and low occasions. ADVANTAGE - The chemical filler: changes the wetting properties of the solution on the surface of the polypropylene filler; improves separation efficiency; reduces the production cost; modifies the filler; and utilizes hindered phenolic antioxidants and graphene having characteristics of excellent heat resistance and aging resistance to improve the heat resistance and aging resistance of cable sheath itself. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the chemical filler, comprising (i) firstly adding polypropylene and carbon black into high-temperature melting kettle, heating at 150-180℃ for 10-20 minutes, placing the product in a double-screw extruder for extruding and granulating to obtain polypropylene granules A, (ii) adding polypropylene granules A and graphene into mixing chamber, premixing at 20-40 rotations per minute (rpm) for 7-10 minutes until polypropylene granules A and graphene are completely melted, increasing the rotation speed to 100-120 rpm, blending the mixture for 12-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing under the action of high shear to obtain mixed slurry A, (iii) taking distilled water and adding to the dispersing sand mill, adding graphene while stirring with the dispersing sand mill at a rotational speed of 700-800 rpm, dispersing for 2-3 hours, gradually adding the mixed slurry A, placing the product in a centrifuge, centrifuging at 4000-4200 rpm for 10-15 minutes, and separating the suspension to obtain a solid-liquid mixture A, (iv) placing the solid-liquid mixture A and deionized water in a stirring tank, mixing and stirring for 2-3 hours at 210-220℃ and 20-30 rpm for 2-3 hours, stirring for 2-2.5 hours, adding the organosilicon acrylic ester and placing in the stirring kettle, obtaining solid-liquid mixture B, reacting with nitrobenzene diazonium salt in an oxygen-free environment at 300-350℃ for 2-2.5 hours, and adding plasticizer and anti-aging agent after reacting for 1-1.5 hours to obtain mixture C, and (v) placing the powdered magnetic powder and solid-liquid mixture A into the injection molding machine, extruding and forming by filling mold, and magnetizing injection-molded biological filler on a magnetizer to obtain the finished product.
