▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyethylene pyridine modified graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle composite material preparing method involves dispersing oxidized graphene, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromine and trimethylamine in organic solvent, centrifuging, and drying. The initiating group containing graphene oxide is dispersed in N, N-dimethylformamide, catalyst, and 4-ethylene pyridine, reaction is heated, washed and dried to obtain surface grafted polyvinyl pyridine oxide graphene, followed by taking gold particles with polyvinyl pyridine oxide graphene into ultrasonic dispersion of toluene and polyethylene, and drying. USE - Method for preparing polyethylene pyridine modified graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle composite material that is utilized as a storage material to manufacture information storage devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high storing performance, and high stability, and can be prepared in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene pyridine modified graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle composite material preparing method involves dispersing 0.5-1 g oxidized graphene, 20-50 mL 2-bromoisobutyryl bromine and 10-20mL trimethylamine in 50-100ml organic solvent, heating in an ice water bath for 24-48 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain initiating group containing graphene oxide. 0.1-0.2g initiating group containing graphene oxide is dispersed in 5-10 mL N, N-dimethylformamide, under an argon atmosphere conditions, 8-12mg catalyst, 0.15-0.3 mmol ligands and 4-ethylene pyridine, reaction is heated at 40-60 degrees C for 24-36 hours under by centrifugation, washed and dried to obtain surface grafted polyvinyl pyridine oxide graphene, followed by taking gold particles with surface grafted polyvinyl pyridine oxide graphene into ultrasonic dispersion of toluene and polyethylene, spin-coating on a substrate at rate of 3000-5000 rpm for 30-60 seconds, drying at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, to obtain oxidized polyvinyl pyridine graphene/gold nanoparticle composite.
