▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrode has a substrate formed with three layers. One of the three layers is formed as a base layer (1) that is matched with a conductive film or metal film. The base layer is coated with a buffer layer (2). The buffer layer is coated with an inorganic layer, and an organic layer or organic inorganic composite layer (3). The metal film contains silver, copper, and aluminium or gold materials. The conductive film is formed as a tin indium oxide film, and a graphene film or polymer conductive film. USE - Multilayer composite contact electrode for use in organic photoelectric device i.e. organic diode electric memory, of active matrix backboard and functional circuits e.g. amplifier, analog-digital converter, digital-analogue converter and logic system. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of contact resistance between the current electrode and organic semiconductor, which can be used for two-end or three-end organic photoelectric device. The composite electrode is capable of changing the potential barrier between the electrode and the semiconductor layer, so as to improve the injection and lead-out of the carrier to improve device properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an application of a multi-layer composite contact electrode; and a multilayer composite contact electrode preparation method DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a multilayer composite contact electrode.
