NOVELTY - Anti-fatigue polypropylene alloy material comprises polypropylene fiber and nylon 6 fiber; where polypropylene fiber includes thin fiber and thick fiber; the aspect ratio of the fine fibers is 500-600; the aspect ratio of the crude fiber is 30-60; the aspect ratio of the nylon 6 fiber is 250-320; the mass ratio of the thin fibers to the thick fibers is 1:2-2.5; the mass ratio of the polypropylene fiber and the nylon 6 fiber is 3:1-1.5; the surface of the thick fiber is grafted with maleic anhydride, and the thick fiber is connected and fixed with the nano-graphene oxide through the maleic anhydride. USE - Used as anti-fatigue polypropylene alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material improves the roughness of the original smooth surface of the coarse fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the alloy material, comprising using maleic anhydride to graft and modify the surface of the crude fiber to obtain the crude fiber grafted with maleic anhydride, dispersing the crude fibers grafted with maleic anhydride in absolute ethanol, and adding nano-graphene oxide to absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring the reaction at a temperature of 50-55℃, suction filtering, washing, and drying to remove residual ethanol to obtain crude fibers adsorbed with graphene oxide, mixing the thick fiber, thin fiber and nylon 6 fiber adsorbed with graphene oxide evenly, extruding by a twin-screw extruder, drawing, drying, pelletizing, and injection-molding to obtain the product.
