▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite packaging material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 1.5-5 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 3-10 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 6-12 pts. wt. nano-montmorillonite, 12-20 pts. wt. nano-carbon fiber, 8-13 pts. wt. graphene, 3.5-7 pts. wt. emulsifier, 10-15 pts. wt. organic silica gel, 2.5-10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 7-14 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 10-18 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 1-3 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer and 1-5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - As nanocomposite packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material has excellent mechanical property by adding nano-carbon fiber and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the packaging material, involving (i) putting nano-montmorillonite and coupling agent in a fast stirrer, and mixing and stirring at the rotating speed of 800 rpm for 30-60 minutes to obtain surface-modified montmorillonite, (ii) adding surface modified montmorillonite, polypropylene resin, nano-silicon dioxide, nano-carbon fiber, graphene, emulsifier, organic silica gel, nano-titanium dioxide, polysiloxane, polycaprolactone, carboxymethyl cellulose, antioxidant, plasticizer and lubricant in a stirrer, stirring and mixing at a rotating speed of 300-550 r/min for 10-20 minutes, heating at 160-180 degrees C, and mixing and stirring at a rotating speed of 250-350 rpm for 25-50 minutes to obtain raw pulp, (iii) extruding and granulating the raw pulp through a twin-screw extruder, and (iv) cooling and drying the obtained material, and pulling the material into a plastic type to obtain the product.
