NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene using microwave hydrothermal method comprises adding concentrated sulfuric acid, 3 g of graphite flake, 1.5 g of sodium nitrate into a container, placing the container in an ice bath, stirring, cooling at 0 degrees C for 3 hours, adding 9 g of potassium permanganate, stirring, cooling, placing in an oil bath pot, reacting, adding deionized water and diluted hydrogen peroxide to obtain a bright yellow solution, filtering, dialyzing, adjusting pH to neutral to obtain milled graphite oxide, and adding into microwave hydrothermal reaction vessel. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing graphene using microwave hydrothermal method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method processes graphene without hysteresis effect with reaction process and influence factor and good repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesizing graphene using microwave hydrothermal method comprises adding concentrated sulfuric acid, 3 g of graphite flake, 1.5 g of sodium nitrate into a container, placing the container in an ice bath, stirring, cooling at 0 degrees C for 3 hours, adding 9 g of potassium permanganate, stirring, cooling to 20 degrees C, placing in an oil bath pot, reacting at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, adding deionized water and diluted hydrogen peroxide to obtain a bright yellow solution, filtering 10% hydrochloric acid, washing with distilled water, dialyzing, adjusting pH to neutral to obtain milled graphite oxide, mixing 60-100 mg of graphite oxide in 50-60 ml of distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide with a concentration of 1-2 mg/ml at 40 KHz for an hour, dispersing fluorine acid solution into graphene oxide, magnetically stirring for 10 minutes to obtain a uniform mixed solution, adding into a microwave hydrothermal reaction vessel with a filling degree of 65-80%, placing in a microwave hydrothermal reactor, setting hydrothermal temperature to 150-200 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, cooling to room temperature, distilling with water, repeatedly washing with ethanol and acetone, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours.
