NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based thermal insulation mesh cloth comprises (1a) providing 9-15 pts. wt. methyl cellulose ether, 7-10 pts. wt. terpene resin, 6-9 pts. wt. cardanol and 10-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, and (1b) primary mixing the materials prepared in the step (1a) to obtain first treating agent, (2a) providing 8-11 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 6-8 pts. wt. dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide and 2-3 pts. wt. urea, (2b) secondary mixing the step (2a) materials to obtain second treatment agent, (3) mixing the first treating agent and the polyester melt to obtain first mixture, adding the second treating agent into the obtained first mixture, and mixing to obtain grid material, (4) spinning the mesh material obtained in the step (3) by melt spinning to obtain polyester monofilament, and (5) subjecting the polyester monofilament obtained in the step (4) to warping, weaving and finishing treatment to obtain graphene-based insulating mesh cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based thermal insulation mesh cloth. ADVANTAGE - The grid cloth: have good hand feeling, strong permeability, high color fastness, long service life and strong heat preservation effect.
