NOVELTY - Nano-metal containing single crystal diamond high-precision polishing agent comprises 15-25 pts. wt. graphene-coated nano metal particle, 20-35 pts. wt. solvent, 6-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-5 pts. wt. pH adjuster and 8-20 pts. wt. surfactant. The solvent is hydrogen peroxide solution; the dispersant includes sodium tripolyphosphate and/or sodium lauryl sulfate; the surfactant includes alkyl polyether and/or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; and the pH adjuster is sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid. USE - The high-precision polishing agent is useful for polishing single crystal diamond. ADVANTAGE - The high-precision polishing agent: solves the problem of existing method at the anisotropy of single crystal diamond; meets the polishing requirements of different atomic planes; can catalyze the graphitization of single crystal diamond promotes chemical effect, weakens the cleavage and peeling of diamond surface caused by mechanical action, reduces the formation of large-particle diamond abrasive dust, and prevents secondary damage to the polishing surface in the polishing process; has excellent particle dispersion, which improves the polishing efficiency and polishing accuracy of single crystal diamond; meets the different requirements of single crystal diamond polishing process of different atomic planes by adjusting type, composition and content of nano-metal in the polishing agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-metal containing single crystal diamond high-precision polishing agent, comprising (1) taking 15-25 pts. wt. graphene-coated nano metal particles, 20-35 pts. wt. solvent, 6-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-5 pts. wt. pH adjuster, 8-20 pts. wt. surfactant to obtain reaction mixture, (2) mixing solvent and dispersant, performing ultrasonic treatment to disperse evenly, adding graphene-coated nano metal particles, heating at 50-60℃, stirring for 10-15 minutes and cooling to 25-35℃ to obtain mixed liquid, and (3) adding surfactant into the mixed solution, stirring and adding pH adjuster to adjust pH between 5-7, and performing ultrasonic treatment at frequency of 30-40 Hz for 20-35 minutes to obtain final product.
