▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antistatic silica gel protective film comprises substrate layer, adhesive layer and release layer. The adhesive layer is composed of 50-60 pts. wt. composite modified silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, 5-6 pts. wt. nano additives, and 6-12 pts. wt. curing agent; mixing weight ratio of the nano additives and the composite modified silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is 1:10; and nano-additive is composed of ≮ two kinds of nanoparticles. USE - Used as antistatic silica gel protective film. ADVANTAGE - The protective film has excellent antistatic performance, and improves the binding performance of the adhesive by greatly improving the adhesive in the protective film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic silica gel protective film comprising (i) adding composite modified silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, nano additives, and curing agent into the mixer for rapid stirring to obtain binder, where fast stirring speed is 2000 revolutions/minute, and the stirring treatment time is 40 minutes, (ii) uniformly coating the adhesive prepared above on the substrate layer to form an adhesive layer, where the coating thickness of the adhesive is 0.2 mm, and (iii) adhering the bonded release film layer after drying to the adhesive layer, then rolling it up and curing it.
