NOVELTY - Preparation method of modified carbon fiber for polyamide 66 involves: soaking a degumming carbon fiber in a dopamine solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 8-8.5, standing at room temperature for 4-6 hours, performing suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain coated carbon fiber; ultrasonically dispersing a spherical aminated graphene powder and a deionized water/ethanol mixed solution for 1-2 hours to obtain a spherical aminated graphene dispersion liquid; and soaking the coated carbon fibers in the spherical aminated graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 8-8.5, standing at room temperature for 12-24 hours, performing suction filtration, washing and drying. USE - Preparation method of modified carbon fiber for polyamide 66. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the rough degree of the surface of the carbon fiber, improves the interface performance with the PA66 matrix, and improves the fatigue resistance of the composite material, heat resistance, and impact toughness.
