▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based flame-retardant antistatic polyurea spraying agent is prepared by mixing component A and component B in a mass ratio of (1-10):1. The component A comprises 100 pts. wt. A base material, 5-10 pts. wt. double-end vinyl silicone oil, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. flame retardant A, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. alcohol dispersant and 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. alcohol defoamer. The component B comprises 100 pts. wt. B base material, 5-10 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. colorant, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. inhibitor and 5-10 pts. wt. B flame retardant. USE - Graphene-based flame-retardant antistatic polyurea spraying agent used as primer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based flame-retardant antistatic polyurea spraying agent has high-efficiency conductivity, flame retardant property and mechanical property. The surface of the polyurethane substrate is orderly coated with primer and surface paint is effectively used for protecting the surface of the polyurethane substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of use of graphene-based flame-retardant antistatic polyurea spraying agent as primer, involves coating the surface of a substrate sequentially, where substrate is polyurethane.
