▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional titanium dioxide-graphene composite material e.g. (i) preparing 0.2-1 mg/ml oxidized graphene ethanol solution, adding isopropanol, sequentially adding titanium tetrachloride and hydrohalic acid, stirring in an ice water bath, (ii) heating the mixed solution, cooling, filtering, washing and drying to obtain titanium dioxide/graphene material; (iii) dissolving titanium dioxide/graphene material in the alcohol; and (iv) dipping the foamed nickel solution with silicon, and spraying the suspension to make titanium dioxide/graphene on the foamed nickel, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing three dimensional titanium dioxide-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can control the morphology of the composite titanium dioxide, and can improves photocatalytic effect of nano-titanium dioxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three dimensional titanium dioxide-graphene composite material (i) preparing 0.2-1 mg/ml oxidized graphene ethanol solution, adding isopropanol, sequentially adding titanium tetrachloride and hydrohalic acid, stirring in an ice water bath to obtain a mixed solution, (ii) heating the mixed solution obtained in (i) at 100-200 degrees C for 2-8 hours, cooling, filtering, washing and drying to obtain titanium dioxide/graphene material; (iii) dissolving titanium dioxide/graphene material in the alcohol to obtain 0.15-0.25 mg/ml suspension; and (iv) dipping the foamed nickel solution with silicon, and spraying the suspension made in step (iii) to make titanium dioxide/graphene on the foamed nickel, and drying to obtain the titanium dioxide-graphene composite material.
