NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/cyanate ester composite material by mixing graphene, graphene microchip and pi - pi conjugated small molecule with water and pre-dispersing, (b) subjecting the pre-dispersed aqueous solution to re-dispersion, cooling and drying to obtain the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip, (c) mixing the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip with cyanate ester resin and dispersing, (d) vacuum degassing the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip and cyanate ester resin, and (e) carrying out casting curing molding to obtain the composite material. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of graphene/cyanate ester composite material, which is useful in aerospace materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene/cyanate ester composite material with excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical property and low thermal expansion coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of graphene/cyanate ester composite material involves (a) mixing graphene, graphene microchip and pi - pi conjugated small molecule with water and then pre-dispersing, (b) subjecting the pre-dispersed aqueous solution to re-dispersion in an ice bath environment, cooling the obtained dispersion liquid under liquid nitrogen condition and drying to obtain the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip, (c) mixing the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip with cyanate ester resin and dispersing the graphene-graphene microchip into cyanate ester resin by stirring and grinding, (d) vacuum degassing the foamed pre-dispersed graphene-graphene microchip and cyanate ester resin, and (e) carrying out casting curing molding to obtain the graphene/cyanate ester composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/cyanate ester composite material prepared by the above method.
