NOVELTY - Hydrophobic and ice-inhibiting coating comprises film forming component A, ice inhibiting component B and adhesive component C in the mass ratio of 5-8: 1-2: 1-2: 0.5-1. USE - The coating is useful for asphalt pavement. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has a slow-release effect and achieves the purpose of long-lasting ice and snow melting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hydrophobic and ice-inhibiting coating comprising (1) preparing film-forming component A by adding the polytetrafluoroethylene and polysiloxane into the reactor in the mass ratio of 1: 5, adding ethanol, and adding 3% dicumyl peroxide, heating to 80 degrees C for 1 hours, cooling and filtering, washing by water, drying to obtain the film forming component A, (2) preparing ice inhibiting component B by dissolving the freezing point depressant in de-ionized water to form saturated solution, adding porous adsorption material, soaking for 24 hours, filtering and drying to obtain the ice inhibiting component B, and (3) preparing adhesive component C by stirring and mixing silane coupling agent gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane and N, N-methylene-bisacrylamide in the mass ratio of 3: 7, obtaining adhesive component C, and (4) mixing the film forming component A, the ice inhibiting component B and the adhesive component C to obtain the hydrophobic and ice inhibiting coating.
