▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxyfluoride, involves hydrothermally reacting 2-15 wt.%, preferably 5-10 wt.% graphite oxide, 3-30 wt.%, preferably 5-25 wt.% oxidant, 3-25 wt.%, preferably 5-20 wt.% hydrofluoric acid, and remaining water. USE - Preparation of graphene oxyfluoride. ADVANTAGE - The method enables quick large-scale industrial preparation of graphene oxyfluoride with a single-layer structure or multilayer structure (2-100) with high yield, under mild reaction conditions which are easy to control.
