NOVELTY - Casting aircraft-based cylinder piston material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. titanium carbide, 4-6 pts. wt. niobium carbide, 4-6 pts. wt. alumina, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene flake, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. cobalt powder, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. iron powder, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. heavy rare earth, 1-2 pts. wt. graphite, and 1-2 pts. wt. nickel powder. USE - Casting aircraft-based cylinder piston material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent high temperature performance, hardness and abrasion resistance, and low thermal expansion coefficient.
