USE - High-fluidity fiber reinforced nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high tensile strength, tensile modulus, bend strength, bend modulus and impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-fluidity fiber reinforced nylon composite material comprising weighing raw materials, dry-mixing raw materials except reinforcing fiber in high-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes, feeding into double-screw extruder, adding reinforcing fiber, extruding at speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute at section temperature of 220-280 degrees C, cooling and drying.
