▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite material comprises nucleic acid ligand-modified gold nanoparticle and oxidized graphene, where the surface of the graphene oxide is loaded with the nucleic acid ligand-modified gold nanoparticles. USE - The material is useful in (i) preparing medicine for preventing and/or treating tumor, (ii) non-therapeutic inhibition of tumor cell proliferation in vitro, (iii) inducing non-therapeutic apoptosis of tumor cells in vitro; inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and/or induced apoptosis of tumor cells, the tumor includes lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, multiple myeloma; the treatment is photothermal therapy (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material modified has good water-solubility and biocompatibility, no obvious biological toxic and side effect, excellent targeting to cancer cells, simple preparation process; the process is convenient and the cost is low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nanocomposite material comprising (i) mixing the nucleic acid ligand with the gold nanoparticle to obtain nucleic acid ligand-modified gold nanoparticle, and (ii) reacting step (i) nucleic acid ligand-modified gold nanoparticle and graphene oxide, and loading nucleic acid ligand-modified gold nanoparticle on the surface of the graphene oxide to obtain final product.
