NOVELTY - The low friction film comprises a multi-layer structure, where the film bottom layer is attached to the surface of the bearing inner wall (4). The bottom layer of the film is a titanium layer (3), a molybdenum disulfide- titanium/lead layer (2), and a graphene layer (1). The graphene layer and a groove (5) are distributed on the surface of inner wall of bearing. The groove is filled with lubricating material. The low friction film is under the vacuum 7x 10-4Gpa environment, and the friction coefficient is less than 0.02. USE - Low friction film for solar sailboard driving bearing inner wall. ADVANTAGE - The low friction film has low friction coefficient, high hardness and excellent wear resistance, and is suitable for space aircraft in vacuum wet environment, and has high mechanical strength, and prolonged service life.
