NOVELTY - Graphene production involves preparing raw material and blank material by automatic batching equipment, and then conveying process pipeline with pneumatic diaphragm pump. The pneumatic conveying system is adopted and put into chemical reaction device equipped with automatic feeding and automatic discharging. The reacted graphene is transported to a graphene vacuum vortex sheet peeling device for separation. The separated graphene is sent to a grading cleaning device equipped with automatic feeding and automatic discharging for washing. The washed graphene is sent to a concentration device equipped with automatic feeding and automatic discharging for concentration. The concentrated graphene is sent to a drying device equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system for drying to complete the production. USE - Method for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method produces the graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good controllability, strong operability and high quality.
