▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Fibrous flexible aluminum ion battery comprises electrode, electrolyte and diaphragm located between two electrodes. The electrode comprises graphene fiber anode and aluminum wire cathode. The electrolyte is chloride 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole onium/aluminum chloride ion liquid system. The membrane is glass fiber filter paper. USE - Fiber-shaped flexible aluminum ion battery for use in wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The fibrous flexible aluminum ion battery has good multiplying power performance and circulating stability, is bent to different angles and still keeps stable electrochemical performance, and has repeatable bending property, flexible and wearable electronic device field exhibits great practical value and potential. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a fibrous flexible aluminum ion battery, which comprises (A) growing graphene on the surface of copper wire by chemical vapor deposition, then etching to remove the copper substrate, washing with deionized water multiple times to remove the residual metal salt solution, and then directly removing it from the water; (B) using the graphene fiber as a positive electrode, an aluminum wire as a negative electrode, and separating the positive and negative electrodes with glass fiber filter paper; (C) putting the device into a polypropylene heat-shrinkable tube, putting it in an oven and heating it to shrink uniformly; and (D) transferring the device to a glove box, injecting 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride/aluminum chloride ionic liquid electrolyte, and obtaining the fibrous flexible aluminum ion after packaging battery.
