▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum alloy powder comprises mixing the aluminum alloy powder and the second phase particles and ball milling to obtain the primary mixed powder, heating the primary mixed powder to obtain heat treated primary mixed powder, and performing plasma spheroidizing treatment on the heat-treated primary mixed powder to obtain an aluminum alloy powder containing second-phase particles, where second phase particles have higher thermal conductivity and melting temperature than aluminum alloys. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum alloy powder, which is useful in automobile, aerospace, electronic communication, weapon manufacturing, mold and bio-medical. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare aluminum alloy powder, which has high strength, high thermal conductivity and melting temperature, and excellent mechanical strength; provides aluminum alloy piece with excellent heat-conducting performance and mechanical strength; and overcomes the technical problem in the prior art that the thermal conductivity and strength of the additively manufactured aluminum alloy material cannot be taken into account at the same time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an aluminum alloy powder prepared by above mentioned method.
