▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polydimethylsiloxane hybrid membrane filled with graphene silica core-shell structure comprises (i) mixing water, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and graphene oxide, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, mixing the mixed solution, sodium hydroxide solution, ethyl orthosilicate and ethanol, and ultrasonically treat for 0.5-1.5 minutes in a water bath at 55-65 degrees C for 40-80 minutes, shaking for 0.5-1.5 minutes, placing in a water bath at 55-65 degrees C overnight, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain graphene silicon dioxide core-shell structure (GSCs), (ii) adding GSCs, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane into n-heptane, stirring for 40-80 minutes and ultrasonically treating for 20-40 minutes, adding 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane and the catalyst again and stirring to obtain a casting solution, where the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate, and (iii) casting and filming the casting solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing polydimethylsiloxane hybrid membrane filled with graphene silica core-shell structure. ADVANTAGE - The method has high permeation flux while maintaining high enrichment factor and improves the permeability of ethanol and greatly improves ethanol permeation and evaporation separation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polydimethylsiloxane hybrid membrane filled with graphene silica core-shell structure prepared by the above mentioned method.
