NOVELTY - A graphene or titanium oxide composite nanosol is prepared by dissolving graphene oxide in solvent to obtain graphene oxide solution, adjusting pH value with acid; adding mixed solution of tetrabutyl titanate and isopropyl to graphene oxide solution, and reflux condensing mixture to obtain sol; and adding reducing agent to sol to process reaction, after finishing reaction, successively processing ultrasonic treatment and dialysis purification treatment to obtain desired nanosol. USE - Method for preparing stable graphene or titanium oxide composite nanosol (claimed) for preparing transparent titanium oxide or graphene composite functional film. ADVANTAGE - The nanosol is very tiny and sol can be stably existed for long term by adjusting pH. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene or titanium oxide composite nanosol prepared by above method.
