▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Olefinic carbon thermal conductive film comprises carbon thermal conductive sheet layer, first diamond layer, graphene thermal conductive layer and second diamond layer from bottom to top. The carbon thermally conductive sheet layer comprises metal substrate and nano carbon layer disposed on the upper surface of the metal substrate, the upper end surface of the graphene heat-conducting layer is provided with first grooves arranged in a grid-like cross-arrangement, and the lower end surface of the graphene heat-conducting layer is provided with second grooves arranged in a grid-like cross-arrangement, where the first diamond layer is deposited in the first groove, the second diamond layer is deposited in the second groove, the thickness ratio of the carbon thermally conductive sheet layer, the first diamond layer, the graphene thermally conductive layer and the second diamond layer is (2-3):(1-2):(5-12):(1-2). USE - The olefinic carbon thermal conductive film is used in fifth generation (5G) terminals. ADVANTAGE - The olefinic carbon thermal conductive film improves the overall heat transfer efficiency of the graphene thermal film and the thermal conductivity of the carbon thermal film, meets the heat dissipation requirements of high-energy-consuming devices such as 5G, and can effectively shield external electromagnetic interference.
