▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane comprises polyethylene, maleic anhydride grafted polystyrene, polyurethane, polyvinylpyrrolidone, tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane, N,N-dimethylacetamide, anhydrous ethanol and graphene. The preparation of hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane, involves (1) mixing N,N-dimethylacetamide, anhydrous ethanol, polyethylene, maleic anhydride grafted polystyrene, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyurethane, tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane and graphene, heating, cooling and vacuum drying to obtain defoamed membrane solution, pouring onto surface of glass plate to scrape membrane, (2) steaming membrane, soaking in deionized water, drying, soaking in absolute ethanol and sodium hydroxide solution, dripping potassium permanganate solution, heating, removing after membrane discoloration, (3) soaking membrane in sodium sulfite solution and hydrochloric acid solution, washing, soaking in n-hexane oil solution, ultrasonically reacting, adjusting pH, washing and drying. USE - Hydrophilic ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophilic anti-contamination ultrafiltration membrane has improved performance, ensures prolonged service life and reduces maintenance cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The hydrophilic anti-contamination ultrafiltration membrane comprises 80-90 pts. wt. polyethylene, 30-35 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polystyrene, 14-16 pts. wt. polyurethane, 6-8 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 3-5 pts. wt. tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane, 20-25 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 100-110 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 0.8-1 pt. wt. graphene. In step (1), mixing raw materials for 2-3 hours and vacuum drying at 70-80 degrees C for 10-12 hours. The step (2) steaming resulting membrane at 110-120 degrees C for 20-30 seconds, soaking wet membrane in deionized water with glass plate for 15-18 hours, drying membrane in oven at 60-70 degrees C for 5-8 hours, soaking membrane in absolute ethanol for 20-30 minutes and heating at 80-90 degrees C for 8-10 minutes. In step (3), the volume ratio of sodium sulfite solution and hydrochloric acid solution is (3-4):(5-6), wash membrane with deionized water for 5-8 times, soaking in n-hexane oil solution containing 0.4-0.6 wt.% trimesoyl chloride, ultrasonically reacting for 2-3 minutes, adjusting pH of solution to 8.7-8.9, washing membrane with ethanol 3-5 times and drying at 60-70 degrees C.
