NOVELTY - A three-functional composition comprises components of aqueous-based or emulsion paint including epoxy, latex, solvent, polyvinyl, acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, phthalic or dispersion of polymers based on dispersion in a continuous phase of acrylic, vinyl, alkyd, epoxy and/or urethane polymers with fillers, pigments, additives, and an agent with biocidal, photocatalytic and magnetic properties in the form of a metal-iron oxide-silicon dioxide-titanium oxide composite, metal-iron oxide-titanium oxide composite and/or metal-iron oxide. The content of the composite is 0.01-30 wt.%, preferably 0.1-10 wt.% of the total weight of the composition. USE - Three-functional composition with photocatalytic, magnetic and biocidal properties for production of protective coatings containing metal-iron dioxide particles. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent photocatalytic, magnetic and biocidal properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-functional composition comprises components of aqueous-based or emulsion paint including epoxy, latex, solvent, polyvinyl, acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, phthalic or dispersion of polymers based on dispersion in a continuous phase of acrylic, vinyl, alkyd, epoxy and/or urethane polymers with fillers, pigments, additives, and an agent with biocidal, photocatalytic and magnetic properties in the form of a metal-iron oxide-silicon dioxide-titanium oxide composite of formula: MFe2O4/SiO2-TiO2, metal-iron oxide-titanium oxide composite of formula: MFe2O4/Y'-TiO2-Z, and/or metal-iron oxide of formula: MFe2O4/Y'-X-Z, where M is chosen from zinc, cobalt, manganese, nickel, barium, cobalt-zinc or copper-zinc, Y' is silica, silicates, polydimethylsiloxane, silicates, graphite, activated carbon, graphene oxide or polymeric compounds and is preferably in the form of an inert layer between the magnetic core and the photocatalytic layer, X is chosen from titanium oxide, tungsten trioxide, zinc oxide, cadmium sulfide, graphite-carbon nitride, titanium carbide, titanium nitride, titanium-carbide (Ti3C2), Z is chosen from iodine, carbon, nitrogen, copper, zinc oxide, silver, platinum, palladium, silver-copper and/or copper-platinum. The content of the composite is 0.01-30 wt.%, preferably 0.1-10 wt.% of the total weight of the composition.
