NOVELTY - A graphene laminate film is deposited or compressed in a polyethylene terephthalate polyester substrate. The graphene laminate comprises a single layer, double layer and several graphene sheets. The PET substrate is made of plastic material. The thickness of the graphene laminate is determined by a cross-sectional scanning electron microscope, which is in the range of 8-44 microns. The laminate has mass density of 1.0-1.9 g/cm3, and the resistance of graphene laminate is 1.8-6.1 ohms. USE - Graphene laminate film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate film ensures enhanced thermal conductivity and high compression rate.
