▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing organometallic-bridged graphene oxide strongly charged complex ultra-nano filter membrane comprises e.g. (i) preparing of organometallic-graphene oxide complex and organometallic-amine salt complex, (ii) carrying out reaction of organometallic-graphene oxide complex and organometallic-amine salt complex under the action of catalyst to obtain organic graphene amine salt polymer, (iii) ultrasonically separating organic graphene amine salt polymer, allowing to stand, centrifuging, taking supernatant in vacuum freeze-drying oven, and finally freeze-drying to obtain organometallic complex powder, (iv) adding organometallic complex powder, plasticizer and pore-forming agent to solvent, uniformly stirring, adding film-forming resin while stirring, and sonicating to obtain uniformly mixed complex base membrane casting solution and (v) preparing organometallic bridging graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane by phase inversion of complex base membrane casting solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing organometallic-bridged graphene oxide strongly charged complex ultra-nano filter membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing an organometallic-bridged graphene oxide strongly charged complex ultra-nano filter membrane comprises (i) preparing of organometallic-graphene oxide complex and organometallic-amine salt complex, (ii) carrying out the reaction of organometallic-graphene oxide complex and the organometallic-amine salt complex obtained in the step (i) under the action of a catalyst to obtain an organic graphene amine salt polymer, (iii) ultrasonically separating the organic graphene amine salt polymer obtained in the step (ii) for 0.5-3 hours, allowing to stand for 0.5-3 hours, centrifuging for 15-30 minutes, taking the supernatant in a vacuum freeze-drying oven, and finally freeze-drying at -30 to -10 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain organometallic complex powder, (iv) adding the organometallic complex powder obtained in the step (iii), plasticizer and pore-forming agent to the solvent, uniformly stirring, adding film-forming resin while stirring, and sonicating for 0.5-10 hours to obtain a uniformly mixed complex base membrane casting solution, where the mass ratio of organometallic complex powder, plasticizer, pore-forming agent, film-forming resin, and solvent is (0.1-1):(0.1-1):(0.1-1):(12-18):(79-87 ), (v) preparing an organometallic bridging graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane by phase inversion of the complex base membrane casting solution obtained in the step (iv), and (vi) using the organometallic bridging graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane obtained in the step (v) to preparing an organometal-bridged graphene oxide strongly charged complex ultra-nano filtration membrane by interfacial polymerization or high-pressure spraying.
