NOVELTY - A graphene terminal crosslinked elastomer material comprises 75-99 pts. wt. polymeric polyol or polymeric polyamine, 1-25 pts. wt. chain extender and 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. functionalized graphene obtained by grafting graphene oxide with diisocyanate under action of catalyst. USE - Graphene terminal crosslinked elastomer material. ADVANTAGE - The elastomer material has high strength, wear resistance, oil resistance, and excellent ozone resistance. The friction between the free end of the elastomer and the filler is reduced, and the dynamic mechanical properties of the material are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene terminal crosslinked elastomer material, which involves dispersing functionalized graphene in solvent, dripping into solution of polymeric polyol or polymeric polyamine, maintaining inert gas environment at 0-100 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours to prepare star oligomer with graphene as core, dissolving chain extender in solvent, dripping star oligomer, maintaining inert gas environment at 0-100 degrees C and stirring for 2-3 hours.
