▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anode current collector has an aluminum conductive thin film, and a graphene layer stacked on one surface of the aluminum thin film. The graphene layer has thickness of 0.7-1.35 nm and sheet resistance of 0.5-1 m Omega /square. USE - The anode current collector is useful in lithium ion battery for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The corrosion of the conductive thin film can be minimized, and the adhesion between the graphene layer and the graphene thin film is best. The capacity stability and the lifespan stability of the current collector can be improved compared to the conventional ion battery, when the ion battery is manufactured using the electrode. The power density and the capacity stability can be significantly improved. The equivalent series resistance of the cell can be reduced.
