▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene master batch comprises (i) adding graphite oxide, ferroferric oxide nanoparticles and mixed solution of urea, refluxing under microwave irradiation, washing the resulting product, filtering, drying, heating under inert gas atmosphere to obtain graphite oxide of ferroferric oxide nanoparticle, and (ii) adding graphite oxide of ferroferric oxide nanoparticle obtained in step (i) and surface modifier into the resin carrier, high-speed mixing in the dispersant, adding into the screw extruder, shear extruding, applying an external high frequency alternating magnetic field during extrusion, promoting the movement of flake graphite in the micro-motion of the magnetic field under the shear force of the screw, weakening the van der Waals force between the layers, occurring relative displacement and stripping to obtain final product. USE - The graphene master batch is useful for wave-absorbing composite plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The master batch: has simple preparation process, excellent quality and performance; and is easy to agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene master batch obtained by above method.
