▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite material, comprises adding graphite oxide into 0.5-5 l of deionized water to obtain graphite oxide solution with concentration of 0.5-2 mg/ml, ultrasonically processing the graphite oxide solution and then adding carbon nanotube, ultrasonic processing the solution, centrifuging and drying the solution to obtain graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material, placing the composite material in an inert gas, sintering the mixture at 70-90 degrees C for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and cooling the sintered mixture to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite material, which is useful in electrochemical capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene/carbon nanotube composite material with high energy storage capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene/carbon nanotube composite material prepared by the method as above per se.
