▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Fluorescent and colorimetric visualization nanoprobe comprises two-dimensional materials and probe DNA. The two-dimensional material is a two-dimensional material that can adsorb the probe DNA, or the two-dimensional material can be used as a substrate to synthesize a two-dimensional material-metal nanoparticle composite for catalytic colorimetric detection. The probe DNA can be complementary to the target gene related to the disease, where the binding force of the complementary pairing of the probe DNA and the target gene is greater than the binding force of the probe DNA and the two-dimensional material. USE - The nanoprobe is useful in preparation of target gene products related to detection of diseases (claimed) and a kit for detecting disease-related target genes. ADVANTAGE - The nanoprobe can achieve efficient fluorescent and colorimetric visualization detection of disease-related target genes, and effectively solve the existing disease-related gene detection process which is cumbersome, costly, and time-consuming and labor-intensive technical defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the nanoprobe involving preparing a metal cluster probe by mixing and reacting the probe DNA, a soluble metal salt solution and a reducing agent to prepare the metal cluster probe; and (2) a kit for detecting disease-related target genes comprising the nanoprobe, a reducing agent, a metal salt solution, hydrogen peroxide, developer and buffer.
