▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing modified carbon nanomaterial, comprises forming at least one functional group including hydroxyl group, formyl group, carbonyl group, amine group, and carboxy group on surface of carbon nanotube or graphene oxide, and branching at least one of oligomers i.e. acrylic oligomers and urethane oligomers. The method comprises (a) forming carboxy group on surface by adding acid to carbon nanotube or graphene oxide and treating with ultrasonic waves, (b) adding N,N-dimethylformamide and thionyl chloride to carbon nanotube or graphene oxide to replace carboxy group with chlorocarbonyl group, (c) substituting chlorocarbonyl group with amino group using triethanolamine and ethylenediamine in carbon nanotube or graphene oxide of step (b) adding poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)-bromide to carbon nanotube or graphene oxide and performing atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) reaction by substituting amino group with a methacrylate group (-PMMA) before branching oligomer. USE - The modified carbon nanomaterial is useful for producing conductive structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves electrical properties by combining PEDOT and carbon nanomaterial with modified surface, shelf life and abrasion resistance of existing antistatic agents, and uses a mixture of surface-modified carbon nanotubes and surface-modified graphene oxide. The modified carbon nanomaterial can be used as coating solution, improves dispersibility by directly bonding oligomers of acrylic and urethane that can be used as binders to carbon nanomaterials, provides antistatic composition without additionally mixing a binder, and improves electrical properties and surface roughness of the antistatic composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing conductive structure comprising hydrogen bonding a conductive polymer to the oligomer.
