▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing dual-mode core-sheath structure elastic stress luminescent conductive strain sensor comprises (i) mixing nanoconductive particles with polymer material, mechanically stirring and sonicating for dispersing conductive particles in polymer material matrix, and removing air bubbles in the mixture, injecting mixture into the calcium chloride solution at constant speed with a syringe to obtain conductive fibers and (ii) mixing stress luminescent powder manganese doped zinc sulfide with polydimethylsiloxane, mechanical stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, injecting resulting mixture into mold containing conductive fibers obtained in step (i) and curing to obtain final product. USE - The dual-mode core-sheath structure elastic stress luminescent conductive strain sensor is useful in stress sensor, artificial intelligence stress detection, artificial skin, and wearable products (all claimed).
