NOVELTY - The method involves performing amination process to insert an electrode in mercapto-ethylamine water solution. The electrode is washed by water and ethanol to obtain graphene oxide in an assembling surface of the electrode. The assembling surface of the electrode is dipped in graphene oxide dispersion liquid. Oxidized graphite alkene is filled in a sealed container. Liquid reducing agent is added and heated in the container at temperature of 60-200 degrees Celsius. In-situ graphene oxide reduction process is performed to obtain a graphene oxide reducing type gas sensitive sensor. USE - Graphene oxide reducing type gas sensitive sensor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving sensor property in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The liquid reducing agent is made of pyrrole, hydrazine hydrate or ethylene diamine.
