NOVELTY - Oil absorbing foam material is prepared by mixing carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide and strong oxidant, deep oxidizing under ultrasound for 10-200 minutes, filtering, washing until neutral, formulating into aqueous dispersion, immersing polymer porous sponge in aqueous dispersion for 0.5-30 minutes, performing microwave irradiation or light-wave irradiation, vacuum-drying, and reducing. USE - Preparation of oil absorbing foam material for industrial oil-containing wastewater and oil spill. ADVANTAGE - Preparation of oil absorbing foam material has good selectivity and rebound compression, low production, fast oil suction speed, stable structure, and high circulation use rate.
