NOVELTY - Flakes of graphene surface-modified nanoparticles composite of alumina-noble metal, is disclosed. Preparation of graphene surface-modified nanoparticles composite of alumina-noble metal, comprises dispersing graphene or graphene oxide in organic solvent comprising 3-9C aliphatic hydrocarbons or 1-6C alcohols (in case of an alkoxy aluminum derivative), adding organoaluminum compounds (IIa) or (IIb) and noble metal compounds (IIc), stirring in presence of dry or humid air, removing the solvent, and drying the obtained residue by thermally decomposing in air at 200-700 degrees C. USE - Used as flakes of graphene surface-modified nanoparticles composite of alumina-noble metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flakes of graphene surface-modified nanoparticles composite of alumina-noble metal, is disclosed. Preparation of graphene surface-modified nanoparticles composite of alumina-noble metal, comprises dispersing graphene or graphene oxide in organic solvent comprising 3-9C aliphatic hydrocarbons or 1-6C alcohols (in case of an alkoxy aluminum derivative), adding organoaluminum compounds of formulae (IIa) or (IIb) and noble metal compounds of formulae (IIc), stirring in presence of dry or humid air, removing the solvent, and drying the obtained residue by thermally decomposing in air at 200-700 degrees C. The organoaluminum compounds are present in the organic solvent at 0.001-10 mole/l. The noble metal compounds are present in the organic solvent at 0.001-10 mole/l. R = 1-9C alkyl; R11 = 1-30C organic substituent or inorganic substituent comprising groups V-VII carbonates, hydroxides, chlorides, sulfides, fluorides, iodides, nitrates and/or thiocyanates; and x = not defined.
