NOVELTY - The preparation of coating involves grinding polyphenylene sulfide and graphene into fine powder, adding fine powder into beaker, adding ethanol to prepare suspension, ultrasonically dispersing, pouring into flask, adding deionized water, dispersing, adding PTFE, reacting, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified polyphenylene sulfide, mixing acrylic resin emulsion and PTFE, stirring, adding modified polyphenylene sulfide, stirring, adding filler, fragrance, fillers and dispersants, stirring to obtain semi-finished products, stirring, filtering, sealing, and packaging. USE - Preparation method of graphene-modified polyphenylene sulfide coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified polyphenylene sulfide coating at controlled temperature and time, with automatic cut off operation, reduced manual operation error, and improved precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene-modified polyphenylene sulfide coating involves (1) grinding polyphenylene sulfide and graphene into fine powder, adding fine powder into beaker, adding ethanol to prepare suspension with concentration 1:25-1:50, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 minutes, pouring suspension into three-necked flask, adding deionized water, stirring at 90-105 degrees C, dispersing for 10-20 minutes, continuously adding PTFE, stirring at same temperature, reacting for 3-6 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified polyphenylene sulfide, (2) mixing acrylic resin emulsion and PTFE, stirring at 550 rpm for 1 hour at 150 degrees C, adding modified polyphenylene sulfide, stirring at 750 rpm for 0.5 hour at 220 degrees C, adding filler, industrial fragrance, fillers and dispersants, stirring at 50 rpm for 1 hour to obtain semi-finished products, stirring at 220 degrees C, filtering, sealing, and packaging, where coating comprises 45-85 pts. wt. acrylic resin emulsion, 15-40 pts. wt. modified polyphenylene sulfide, 10-40 pts. wt. PTFE, 3-15 pts. wt. filler, 6-18 pts. wt. industrial fragrance, 2-16 pts. wt. filler, and 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, and filler comprises 2-15 pts. wt. mixed xylene and 5-30 pts. wt. graphene.
