ADVANTAGE - The average friction coefficient of brake pad material changes steadily and is greater than 0.402, and material wear rate is lower than 1.15x 10-7 cm3.N-1.m-1, so that the parameters of the material meets the national standard. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ceramic-based brake pad composite material, which involves preparing ceramic substrate with curved-hole flow channel by light curing molding technology, filling mixed composite filler into the curved-hole flow channel of the ceramic matrix by vacuum pressure infiltration technology and hot-press molding.
