▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyaniline (PANI)/graphene/cobalt oxide (Co3O4) wave-absorbing nanomaterial is prepared by mixing aniline monomer and concentrated sulfuric acid in graphite oxide (GO) solution, adding ammonium persulfate ((NH4)2S2O8), stirring in ice bath, washing with deionized water, adding cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate (CoCl2.6H2O), stirring in PTFE-lined high pressure container, adding sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), reacting, cooling, washing with deionized water, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting with ethanol, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Preparation of polyaniline/graphene/cobalt oxide wave-absorbing nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation reduces oxygen-containing functional groups of GO in product, reduces GO (RGO), and obtained product has better wave-absorbing performance, strong interaction of PANI and RGO, and particle size of 5-15 nm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyaniline/graphene/Co3O4 wave-absorbing nanomaterial is prepared by ultrasonically mixing 0.2 ml aniline monomer and 2 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in 100 ml GO solution for 2 hours, adding 0.95 g (NH4)2S2O8, stirring in ice bath, washing with deionized water to obtain 100 ml 1 mg/ml GO solution, adding 1.4 g CoCl2.6H2O, stirring in PTFE-lined high pressure container for 2 hours, adding 0.94 g NaOH and 4 ml of 30 mass% H2O2, reacting in oven at 160 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water, adding 0.1 ml of 80 mass% hydrazine hydrate solution to 100 ml obtained solution, reacting with ethanol at 95 degrees C for 24 hours, washing with deionized water, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum of polyaniline/graphene/cobalt oxide wave-absorbing nanomaterial.
